At Huddersfield Students' Union, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Most items sold through our online shop are produced specifically to order by our fulfilment partner. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact su.shop@hud.ac.uk with your order number, details of the issue, and photographs where possible. If goods are faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Returning a Faulty Item
If a faulty return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the product. Items returned without first contacting us may not be processed.
Exchanges
As products are manufactured specifically for each order, we are unable to offer exchanges through our fulfilment partner. In some circumstances, Huddersfield Students' Union may offer an exchange at its discretion where stock is available.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we cannot accept returns for made-to-order products, personalised products, gift cards, perishable goods, hygiene-sealed products once opened, or hazardous materials.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method and are normally processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence of its return.
Delivery Information
Orders are typically processed within 7 working days before dispatch. Once dispatched, customers will receive a Royal Mail dispatch notification and tracking information where available.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
